1 October 2020 at 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
Join NSW Industrial Relations for our FREE Virtual Information Session. Hosted by Aaron Gow, our Education Officer and Proud Darug Man. All delivered to you in a culturally informed training facilitated by our Aboriginal Community Engagement Unit. NSW Industrial Relations will help you to improve retention of Aboriginal staff, and workplaces understand Aboriginal experience and what they can do to make Aboriginal employment work. A great session for small business including employers, managers and HR specialists looking to improve diversity in your workplace. Hear from our Aaron about how small business and employers can develop an understanding of the key issues facing Aboriginal people in the workplace and implement best practice within your business.
What our small business customers say about this session – I found this session very engaging and insightful. Before the session I would say I had limited knowledge and awareness about lateral violence and leave provisions and the session filled those gaps in knowledge. This was very worthwhile. Thankyou
